Thierry SCHWARTZ founded the Patent department with Eric JUNCA within JUNCA & ASSOCIÉS, of which he is a partner.
Thierry SCHWARTZ is a Patent Attorney, European representative. Thierry SCHWARTZ’s areas of expertise range from patent issuance procedures to infringement litigation.
Thierry SCHWARTZ is involved in all aspects of patent law in France and in Europe.
Thierry SCHWARTZ was an INPI examiner for 7 years, then he joined the industry at Thomson, which became Thales.
After various experiences in parisian firms, Thierry SCHWARTZ leads the IT and Mechanics departments in the BREDEMA firm, specializing in software patentability.
His introduction with Eric JUNCA – whose beliefs he shares both personally and professonally – in particular the gobal offer to clients, led him to join JUNCA & ASSOCIÉS as a partner.
