BIOGRAPHY
Marie BOUADANA is an associate lawyer in the legal department of Cabinet JUNCA & ASSOCIÉS. Marie BOUADANA supports our clients in the strategy of protection and defense of their intangible assets, as well as in the contractual framework of their activities with their business partners.
During her university studies, Marie BOUADANA developed a strong interest in intellectual property and digital law.
Before joining JUNCA & ASSOCIÉS, Marie BOUADANA had other professional experiences in business law, intellectual property, and information and communication technology too.
In order to better understand the expectations and needs of the economic players she now represents as a lawyer, Marie BOUADANA has also joined, as part of her training, an engineering company that designs and develops industrial products as well as simulation software, mainly in the aeronotics sector.
Marie BOUADANA has developed a strong expertise in trademark law, contract law, digital law, and the protection of personal data (GDPR).
